What Does ChildNet Do?
Helps you and your family escape domestic situations where violence (physical, verbal, emotional, or sexual), power and control by an abusive partner is a threat to your physical and emotional health and safety.
 

Who Does ChildNet  help? ChildNet is a program for anyone that lives in Tampa and the Plant City area and . .    
         *Who is pregnant or has a child
         *Whose income is very low
 
How Can ChildNet Help My Family? Seek court orders for child custody, support, visitation, and (if married) dissolution of marriage, locate services in the community to assist your family to become stabilized during this difficult time.
 
Services Include:
Child care
Transportation
Counseling
Education
Housing assistance
Healthcare and other services

How Does ChildNet Work?  Community organizations such as: Bay Area Legal Services, Plant City Neighborhood Service Center, The Harrell Center, The Child Protection Team, The Spring of Tampa Bay and many other community partners work together with your family to help you overcome fear and find hope for a better future.

SafeNet Program

       
What Does SafeNet Do? Helps you to escape an abusive relationship where violence (physical, verbal, emotional, or sexual), OR power and control by a spouse or partner endangers you and your children's health and safety.


Who Does SafeNet  help? A victim of domestic violence that lives in Hillsborough or East Pasco County, cannot afford legal representation, committed to getting out of an abusive relationship and willing to work with a client advocate at The Spring of Tampa Bay, to identify services to help you stay out of abusive situations.

How Can SafeNet Help My Family? Attorneys seek court orders for protection against abusers (domestic violence injunction) and for child custody, support, visitation, and divorce (if appropriate) and locate services in the community to assist your family to become stabilized during this difficult time.

Victim Support Groups
Child care
Counseling for Children Victimized by Family Violence
Education
Housing assistance
Healthcare and other services
