Senior Caregivers of Minors
| You are not alone! According to U.S. Census Bureau statistics for the year 2000, grandparents were the primary caregivers for 2.4 million children in our country. In Hillsborough County alone, 9643 grandparents performed this all-important role. Bay Area Legal Services's Caregiver Advocacy Program can provide free legal advice, assistance, or referrals to seniors who are the primary caretakers of minor children.
