Free Legal Help for Seniors in Tampa Bay

We help seniors and their family members throughout eight counties—Hardee, Highlands, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, and Sarasota counties—and across the state of Florida with legal issues such as family law, housing, caregiver services, public benefits, guardianship, elder abuse prevention, and other legal matters.

Florida Senior Legal Helpline

The Senior Legal Helpline is available to eligible Florida residents aged 60 and older. Get help with housing problems, family matters, government benefits, contract issues, and more.

To apply for services, call (888) 895-7873, Monday-Friday, 9.a.m.-4:30 p.m. If your matter is not an emergency, you can also apply anytime online.
